Director of Strategy(Job Order #1007)Salary: Base is from 125k - 150k with 30%-40% Discretionary BonusLocation: Atlanta GA.Type: Full Time RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide strategic leadership on the company critical business initiatives to capitalize on market opportunities and fuel both short-term and medium-term growth.Maximize company growth and success with leading Hospital System clients.Develop and implement strategic plans and innovative marketing solutions that address market opportunities and deliver superior value.Elevate and expand client partner relationships while earning a position on our clients’ planning and leadership teams.REQUIREMENTS:MBA or other relevant graduate degree from top-tier school.Minimum of 4 years in business development, marketing, and/or product management within Hospital Systems.Successful experience with top-tier consulting firms, agencies, and/or leading consumer marketing companies.Proven entrepreneurial success.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Executive presence, and ability to build meaningful relationships with all levels of clients and investors.Superb client development and project management skills and experience.Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through strategic, market based solutions.Outstanding problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and business judgment .Successful track record of thought-partnership, teamwork, and leadership.High energy and “self-starter” orientation.Sales, marketing, and Internet experience is advantageous.
